Last year I went home to Washington to celebrate one of my father's important milestone birthdays (don't worry, Dad, I won't share which one). Now I think we all know that you can't have a family celebration without breaking out the old photos, and I was absolutely blown away when I saw this one. This is a picture of my father surrounded by his mom, dad, sister, and three brothers. Cute, huh? I think it's incredible how much I look like my grandmother. And she and my aunt are wearing outfits that I would easily wear today, right down to some of their accessories. That awesome black patent leather belt, for one. I can't live without my own black patent leather belt--it's one of my main accessories. I even have items in the GlamAmor Store now that look just like their dresses. Guess it's all in the genes!
